1. Introduction

Welcome to Sentinel AI. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AI SRE monitoring and RCA tools. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Use of Service

Sentinel AI provides infrastructure monitoring and root cause analysis capabilities. You agree to use the service only for your own internal business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You must not use the service to monitor systems you do not own or have permission to monitor.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partners in Indian Rupees (INR). By selecting a subscription plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as per the billing cycle chosen.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

While we strive for 99.99% uptime for our monitoring agents, Sentinel AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages resulting from temporary unavailability of our services or failure to detect specific infrastructure anomalies.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms.
